Parties of the company are Guangdong Malion New Material Co.,Ltd, Yingkou Fuqing Chemical Partnerhsip Enterprise (Limited Partnership),Yingkou Shenghai Investment Co.,Ltd ,Guangdong Malion New Material Co.,Ltd.The shareholder structure is: Guangdong Malion New Material Co.,Ltd.63.25%, Yingkou Fuqing Chemical Partnerhsip Enterprise (Limited Partnership) 21.6%,Yingkou Shenghai Investment Co.,Ltd 15.15%.

Ynnovate Sanzheng was built at Evonik Sanzheng (Yingkou) Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Evonik Sanzheng”) , which was set up on basis of Yingkou Sanzheng Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.. When it was set up, the name of the company was Degussa Sanzheng (Yingkou) Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. Its name was changed to Evonik Sanzheng on Mar.4, 2008.

Ynnovate Sanzheng is located in No.2 Yingchuang Road Zhanqian District Yingkou City, Ynnovate Sanzheng covers an area of 168,000 m2 and has over 700 employees. Main business is to design, develop, produce and sell cyanuric chloride and its derivatives, sodium cyanide and its derivatives, chlorine and its derivatives，industrial sulfuric acid Products and TAC. Main products are 90000 t/a cyanuric chloride, 240000 t/a liquid sodium cyanide (30%), 106,440 t/a chlorine gas and ,120,000 t/a sodium hydroxide. Cyanuric chloride is mainly sold to domestic market and to other Asia countries, but we also serve Europe and the rest of the world.

Now, Ynnovate Sanzheng is the largest cyanuric chloride production and export base globally.
