        The purpose of,

        The system is designed to empower and motivate employees to provide additional value for the company.


        2. Scope of application

        All three full-time, part-time or temporary employees are eligible (except general manager and management).

        Any employee or team will be eligible to improve company ESHQ, cost, turnover, productivity, production efficiency, production conditions and services.

        Three, responsibility,

        The assessment team is appointed by the company's management and is responsible for the implementation of the system.

        Four, describe,

        1. Encourage staff to make Suggestions to solve business problems, improve efficiency and quality, solve ESHQ problems, or reduce costs. Recommendations can be (but not limited to) :

        -- improving the working environment

        -- elimination of inefficiency, waste or duplication of construction

        -- saving money, resources or time

        -- simplifying administrative procedures

        -- improve safety, contribute to occupational health and improve morale

        -- improve turnover rate

        The proposal must be creative and exceed the employee's normal duties. The following Suggestions are not considered:

        Proposals under consideration at present

        - approved recommendations and/or best practices

        -- complaints or complaints

        The enforcement of existing regulations or institutions

        -- routine matters

        The proposed idea is not clear or specific

        2. Recommended submission

        Individuals or groups/teams may submit recommendations.

        The advisor shall fill in the standard form (see annex 1), if additional instructions, charts or other evidence are required to support the proposal. Suggestions should be carefully thought and clearly stated. Table contents include:

        Background information: please describe the current situation and what needs to be improved.

        Suggestion: please give the detailed rules of implementation.

        -- expected results: please give the expected results of the proposed implementation. If possible, please provide the corresponding savings and income from the financial perspective.

        The completed form is submitted to the assessment team via email or printed text.

        The standard recommended form can be obtained from the Intranet or assessment team.

        3. Recommended evaluation and adoption

        The assessment team is appointed by the general manager's office. It is responsible for periodic summary of staff submission recommendations and evaluation. Staff of different functional departments can be invited to participate in the assessment if necessary. Assessment results should be reported to management. The assessment team should keep all recommendations and archive them.

        The management further evaluates the recommendations submitted and makes a final decision and whether to implement them. If approved, management should allocate appropriate resources for implementation. If necessary, the management may request the original sponsor to improve the proposal submitted.

        Feedback is communicated to the advisor by the evaluation team. Recommendations for adoption will be announced at staff meetings or similar occasions. If the proposal is not approved, the assessment team should give the employee feedback within three months, with a clear reason.

        4. Recommended evaluation of results

        Responsible for the evaluation of target implementation and report to management regularly. The actual savings/increase amount shall be calculated by the financial department and submitted to the management.

        5, reward

        The management team will make the final award decision. The amount of the bonus is calculated based on actual savings/increase (see table 1). If a reward is obtained by multiple or a team, the award should be Shared.

        If the proposal is adopted and approved, the sponsor will receive an immediate $200 reward. The final amount of the prize (see table below) will be determined after the proposal has been implemented, based on the actual situation, and 200 yuan is considered part of the prepaid bonus.

        In some cases, the bonus will be adjusted, and the amount of the prize will be multiplied by the following coefficient:

        - if the cost savings or additional amount is one-off (non-sustainable), the amount of the prize is multiplied by 0.5.

        If it is the operator's proposal, the prize amount is multiplied by 1.2.

        -- if the proposal exceeds the adviser's responsibility, the amount of the prize is multiplied by 1.2.

        -- if major changes are required, the amount of the prize is multiplied by 0.8.

        If the proposal is submitted by the team, the amount of the prize is adjusted as follows:

        1 advisor 1.0

        2 proponents 1.5

        Three of the proponents are 1.75

        4 proponent 2.0

        5 or more of the above proponents 2.25.


        The best proposal award (golden idea) and creative team award will be given to better motivate employees.

        Best offer award (golden idea)

        This award will be awarded each year, limited to one individual, and no qualified person will be available.

        Creativity team award

        This award will be awarded each year, limited to one team, and no qualified person will be available.
